We work with property owners to take the stress out of vacation rental management. We will manage your listings, support you with direct bookings, and work with you to create a marketing plan that will increase bookings and help you reach your goals. This also includes quarterly reporting & updates.

Communicating with Guests

At Spruce & Fir, we specialize in property marketing and digital support. We will communicate with guests on your behalf to ensure a timely, high-touch guest experience from booking to checkout. This includes responding to questions that arise before and during their stay.

If you are just launching your property, I will personally help you create an effective listing, handling everything from writing the property description & details, to incorporating essential SEO keywords, and making recommendations for image optimization.

  • Wow! This cabin on the lake is beautiful. It was the perfect place to stay with easy access to Saddleback even in the middle of the biggest snow storm of the season! The host was great and had the plow clear the drive way while we were out so we wouldn't get snowed in.

  • Property is in a great location (Rangeley, ME... could there be a bad location?)! We've stayed at a few places around Rangeley, and this is one of our favorites. Recently renovated, the new style is very welcoming. Feels like a modern camp. The views from the porch have to be seen in person to appreciate. The photos can't do it justice. Devon was amazing to work with. Very prompt and accommodating to our questions. Hope to be back again sometime!

  • Had an amazing time skiing opening weekend at Saddleback! It was super close to the mountain and even closer to town. Super convenient for going out to eat after skiing or for lunch. The whole house is very clean and looks like it was recently remodeled! Overall an amazing stay and I can’t wait to stay here again when I go to Saddleback!!

  • We loved our stay here! This was our fourth visit to Rangeley and we found a true gem. It was after sunset when we checked in and we were awoken by a beautiful view of the lake. Not only was the sunrise gorgeous, but the sunset too. The kitchen is adorable and had everything we needed. We also really enjoyed sitting by the fireplace, watching the snow fall, and watching Christmas movies! We can't wait to come back.

  • We really enjoyed our family ski trip at Saddleback and staying at Devon’s place. Very clean and a nice cozy house with plenty of space for our kids. Definitely recommend and extremely accommodating!
